As our company has grown in the last 4 years from a Prospering Internet Co. and a small store front that ships all over the country, we have now expanded into a much larger store front, and now we are manufacturing some of our own equipment. ABOUT US

We are a family owned and operated company. We opened in 2006 with about 3,000.00 in inventory and within 6 months we were carrying about 50,000.00 in inventory. Here it is 4 years later and we have anywhere from 110,000.00 to 160,000.00 in inventory in any given month. We are approved dealers for most Metal Detector Companies and approved dealers for all manufactures of Dredge’s, Hibankers and Specialty Equipment. In the last few months we have developed a relationship with manufacture’s and suppliers of all the smaller items and supplies which means we do not have to buy so much at the current prices, which holds our cost down. We now have the opportunity to supply these items to others ourselves.

OUR GOAL

Since we are approved dealers for so many Metal Detector Companies we want to aggressively go after the Metal Detecting business. This is a great part of the business and very profitable. In the past we were unable to pursue this market because of space. We now have the opportunity to display in our showroom, all brands and lines of detectors in a professional atmosphere. We are manufacturing our own line of Sluice Boxes, Hibankers, Sluice Stands and other metal products; also we have pricing for molds to build our own line of classifiers and a (4) four riffle ABS gold pan. (these molds are quite expensive and this will be the last stage of products to build) There are about 300 stores that sell these types of items in the USA and Canada and we plan to offer some of these items to them at a wholesale price, which will add to our sales volume. I guess what I’m saying is, we have a real opportunity to become a real force in this industry.

TO GET THERE

To achieve these goals, we have to manufacture equipment and purchase the other supplies in bulk. For example, motors and pumps we have to purchase 6 at a time, sluices we have to build a 100 at a time, hoses of all types we have to buy 100 to 200 foot rolls etc, so our initial cost is quite a bit higher than the store that only buys 1 or 2 items to sale (they will be buying some of these items from us). Metal Detectors have to be purchased in quantities of 4 or more of each model to get the larger discounts. There are many other ways with many other products to enhance our presence in the Prospecting and Detector Business.

 INVESTMENT INFO

We are not asking for anyone to invest large amounts of funds. We thought it would be better to ask a few people to invest smaller amounts so it would give an opportunity for smaller investors to get a much larger return than the standard Savings account or CD rate at the local bank, which is about 1.5% to 2.5% per year. If you look at 5,000.00 at 2.5% per year from a Savings account or CD you make about 125.00 per year which is about 11.00 a month. The same 5,000.00 invested in our store will get you between 200.00 and 350.00 per month, which is around 3500.00 per year minimum. You will get a percentage of all sales, that is total sales amount per month plus Interest, paid to you and your invest amount will be returned in 18months and you still receive percentage of the total sales monthly. The investment is secured by inventory and the proven record and growth of our company. Just a reminder that this is not a start up, this an expansion of a profitable and proven business in an industry that we all enjoy. It does not matter if Gold is selling for 500.00 an ounce or 1,200.00 an ounce, folks still buy equipment and upgrade old equipment.
